The story

What we walked into

Dispatchers kept three tabs open all day: the legacy board, the “new” board, and an AI copilot that only worked in one of them. Every load was typed in twice, and exceptions reached email before they reached the screen.

What we did

Three boards became one operations flow, from quote to proof of delivery, with one copilot that sees the whole load. 212 features came down to 64.

The fastest feature we shipped was deleting two of them.

What testing showed

The coded prototype ran on live load data from day five. Dispatchers went from three tabs to one on their first shift.

Who was in the room

6 stakeholders, one load, one map.

We followed a single load from quote to delivery and put everyone who touches it on the same map.
