An Education Ecosystem
A large school was running ten departments on 25 Excel sheets and six third-party apps, at $200,000 a year in subscriptions. We designed one unified system of their own, and handed over a working prototype their developers are building now.

What we walked into
Ten departments, each with its own way of getting through the day: 25 Excel sheets and six third-party apps that didn’t talk to each other, at $200,000 a year in subscriptions. It worked, until anything needed to connect. They wanted one system of their own, simple enough that nobody needed a manual.
How we worked
We didn’t design from a brief. We came to the office and sat with the people doing the work, then kept going over Zoom, Meet and about fifty Looms. First a general audit across every department, then module by module, until every workflow had a home.
We can’t wait till everything is unified.
Department head
What they got
Four months from the first audit to a fully working prototype, built in code with AI. Every department kept its real workflow, now in one system with one login. Their backend developers are implementing it now.
12 department apps on top of 10 shared tools.
Each department got an app that speaks its language. Underneath, the same chat, inbox and records connect them all.
