We don’t have a UX process.

At Intent UX, we believe that no two projects are alike. Your needs and team are constantly changing. That’s why we take a modular approach when it comes to UX processes.

When we start your project, we select the right tools from our “magical toolbox.”

The Magical Toolbox

Design Sprints

A design sprint is a design thinking method used to solve complex problems through co-creation, rapid prototyping, and qualitative testing with targeted users.

Design Thinking

Design thinking is an approach to problem-solving that focuses on innovation and creation. UX/UI designers use the design thinking process to discover problems and come up with creative solutions by thoroughly understanding their users' goals, frustrations, and end-task.

JTBD

We define a JTBD as follows: A Job-To-Be-Done is the process a consumer goes through whenever they aim to change their existing life situation into a preferred one, but cannot because there are constraints that stop them.

Agile UX

The Agile design methodology implies that designers work alongside other team members (developers, marketing specialists, etc.) on a permanent basis. This helps develop a sense of ownership for the project and build trust among team members.

Market Research

Market research uncovers customer segments and customer opinions, whereas UX research focuses on the users' observed behavior. The relationship between the two is complementary, meaning that there should be many opportunities to work closely with marketing people.

User Journey Maps

A user journey map is a model. It's an illustration or a diagram of all the touchpoints through which customers come into contact with your company (online or off). It helps us make customer-focused product, design, UX, and marketing decisions. As such, no two journey maps are exactly the same.

Product Strategy

Product strategy involves identifying a profitable business model; determining business and UX opportunities for digital solutions such as Web tools, mobile offerings, and Web marketing; prioritization of features; and the roadmap for product launches.

Upsell UX

Upselling and cross-selling are methods of increasing revenue by introducing better or comparable products to a customer as they make their purchase.

UX Writing

UX writing is the practice of crafting UI copy that guides users within a product and helps them interact with it. The primary aim of UX writing is to settle communication between users and a digital product.

Custom UI Design

A design sprint is a design thinking method used to solve complex problems through co-creation, rapid prototyping, and qualitative testing with targeted users.
